Job summary

Emagine Entertainment is seeking a Crew Supervisor to support daily theater operations and lead frontline team members. You will manage shifts, train staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure safe, high-quality presentations. The role requires strong customer service and leadership, with 1-2 years theater experience preferred.

The position involves maintaining inventory, processing nightly deposits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and leadership experience required.
• 1–2 years of theater experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee theater operations on a daily basis.
• Train and supervise Team Members across departments.
• Open/close the building, complete nightly paperwork, and prepare shift deposits.
• Replace shifts, monitor breaks, and enforce safety policies.
• Respond to guest concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of concession items and oversee quality control.
