Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to join our team in Key West, FL. You may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, with variable hours, part-time or full-time schedules, delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced theater environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, up selling, promoting the Regal Crown Club, ensuring tickets are sold in line with MPAA ratings, and maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress toward completion.
• Ability to read and understand training materials including safety and harassment policies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote the Crown Club program.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and ensure ticket sales align with MPAA rating rules.
• Respond to guest questions politely and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
