Job summary

Regal Floor Staff are scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees to ensure guests receive exceptional service. They may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher and must maintain attendance, handle emergencies, and follow dress code.

Essential duties include operating POS, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Crown Club, adhering to MPAA and safety policies, and providing courteous guest service.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to listen carefully and respond clearly to questions from guests.
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify errors.
• Completion of cast certification program required; progress toward completion acceptable.
• If alcohol is sold, complete any required state/local training and Regal beverage server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate box office POS, manage cash drawer and card transactions with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure MPAA rating compliance and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Perform usher duties: ticket tearing, directing patrons, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
