• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner
• Operate Cinemark POS system for transactions
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditoriums
• Provide pricing, movie information, and theatre details
• Respond to Guest questions with professional service
• Maintain clean theatre areas and safety standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
