Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Each position emphasizes guest service, attendance, and adherence to dress code and policies.

As a Floor Staff member, you may work variable hours including part-time or full-time, and will be expected to operate POS systems, assist guests, and ensure a safe, clean theatre environment in accordance with Regal standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion.
• Alcohol service training may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems and handle cash, cards, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Sell tickets in line with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally.
