Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles in the Richmond area. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, operate POS systems, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash, promoting Regal Crown Club, and enforcing policies. Qualifications include cast certification progress and good communication skills. Alcohol service rules apply where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, cards, and vouchers accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote ticket sales and assist guests with questions.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and theatre policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties for concession or box office as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and enforce safety standards.
