Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Texas to build and lead a network of independent sales agencies, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across Texas and nearby states.

The role requires a high-energy leader with strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset. The position is hybrid based in the D/FW area or Houston, with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in a management role (sales management preferred).
• Experience in construction verticals; infrastructure products preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Strong existing relationships in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate enclosure sales and profit for National Solutions and Oldcastle Infrastructure.
• Develop strategies to ensure profitable sales in the assigned market segment.
• Create sales and marketing plans for long-term growth and annual targets.
• Manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives for market coverage.
• Direct ISR specification efforts to improve competitive position and introduce new products.
• Manage pricing structures to achieve revenue and share goals.
• Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs to refine our value proposition and communicate market insights.
