Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager based on site at a Texas plant (Dallas, Houston or San Antonio) to lead engineering operations across multiple facilities. The role focuses on product design, performance, testing and technical support in collaboration with the commercial and operations teams.

You will provide technical leadership, drive process improvements, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and mentor regional engineers while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE certification is required.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
• Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards across the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies.
• Balance workload across the regional engineering team while supporting local plant management.
• Share Best Practices across Oldcastle Infrastructure's engineering community to support OneIPG evolution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.
