Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager (Construction) based on site in Texas to lead and align engineering activities across multiple plants. You will drive design, testing, and technical support for product lines while collaborating with operations and commercial teams to meet goals.

Required are a Bachelor's in Structural or Civil Engineering, 6+ years of experience, PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks; travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related).
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE certification required.
• Experience with infrastructure construction products preferred.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance, development, and alignment with company objectives.
• Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
• Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards across the region.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies.
• Collaborate cross functionally to optimize product performance and minimize cost and scale.
• Balance workload across the regional engineering team while supporting local plant management.
• Share Best Practices across Oldcastle Infrastructure's engineering community as part of OneIPG evolution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.
