Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Region Sales Manager – Energy for the Southeast United States. Based in Atlanta in a hybrid role, the RSM will build and lead a network of independent sales agencies to drive energy sector growth and customer satisfaction within the Oldcastle Infrastructure group.

The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, experience in Electric Utility markets, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or related field)
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in sales or sales management
• Experience in Electric Utility Market with infrastructure products
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills
• Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Travel approximately 50%

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales of Oldcastle Infrastructure energy products.
• Develop sales and marketing plans for long-term growth while meeting annual goals.
• Develop and manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives for market coverage.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to proposal, order, and post-order activities.
• Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
• Understand customer needs to develop our value proposition.
• Communicate market research and competitors analysis to the team
