Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations across multiple Texas facilities, driving product design, testing and technical support for infrastructure products while collaborating with commercial and operations teams to align goals.

You will mentor regional engineers, drive process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives, ensure consistent engineering practices and compliance with safety regulations, and manage cross-site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required.
6+ years of engineering experience expected.
PE certification is required.
Travel approximately 25% expected.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance and alignment with objectives.
Drive process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to improve reliability.
Monitor compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
Mentor and develop engineering talent across the region.
