DMF Lighting is seeking a strong outside salesperson to manage the Commercial & Industrial business across the South Central Region from specification to close, partnering with rep agents, channel partners, and design teams in Texas.

You will build relationships with architects, lighting designers, electrical engineers, contractors, developers, and distributors; execute strategic plans; and drive demand for DMF products through end-user accounts and national program growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consultative lighting sales to specifiers, contractors and distributor partners.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for achieving assigned specification and sales targets in the district.
• Plan and execute 10 in-person customer sales calls per week within assigned region.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with rep partners, channel partners, and commercial influencers.
• Coordinate and assist with product, policy, promotion and training for partners and influencers.
• Maintain and grow a list of design team influencer accounts; coordinate with the local rep partner.
• Call on end-user and developer accounts to create demand and generate national account agreements.
• Develop contractor relationships to position DMF as the preferred downlight solution.
• Maintain and grow a list of stocking distributors; conduct training on new products.
• Track KPIs to measure performance against plan.
