Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university; higher education or certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Sales agent network: train and coordinate joint calls with independent agents and reps.
• Specification development: visit designers and consultants to secure system specifications.
• Fixture manufacturer enablement: onboard OEMs with guidance and training.
• Pipeline management: maintain opportunities, forecasts and pipeline reviews.
• Territory development: grow specification share and OEM adoption across key stakeholders.
• Revenue delivery: actively manage opportunities to meet targets.
• Training and demonstrations: conduct in-person and remote product demos.
• Industry presence: represent the company at events and trade shows.
• Deployment point of contact: serve as primary contact from award through commissioning.
• Timelines and delivery: clarify schedules with customers and coordinate internally.
• Issue escalation: advocate for customers and drive resolutions.
• Customer feedback: share insights for product improvements.
