Job summary

JDRF Electromag Engineering Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive specification, quotation, installation, verification, and deployment of Autonomy Lighting across the Dallas region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher; technical certifications are assets.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, with direct lighting controls experience.
• Proven track record of managing a sales territory and developing customer relationships in commercial construction/electrical.
• Strong understanding of the electrical distribution channel incl. contractors, distributors, engineers, end users.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read electrical drawings/project specs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales agent network management across region with agents and reps.
• Develop specifications by visiting designers/consultants to secure system specs.
• Enable fixture manufacturers with onboarding, training, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and forecast data in the company system.
• Build a regional plan to grow specification share and OEM adoption.
• Manage opportunities and deliver against revenue targets.
