Ilocatum in Houston, TX seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Texas Sports and Education markets. You’ll lead an established five-person outside sales team covering schools, universities, cities, parks departments, and sports venues across Texas.

This role is field-focused: you’ll be in meetings with your reps, driving major opportunities from discovery to close, and directly contributing to top-line growth.

Formación

• Proven closure of six-figure deals in projects or construction cycles.
• Experience leading and developing field sales reps.
• Hands-on deal work: presentations, proposals, negotiations.
• Multi-stakeholder selling to admins, athletic directors, municipalities, architects, contractors, boards.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
• Texas-based with willingness for statewide travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a five-person outside sales team covering Texas schools, universities, cities, parks, and venues.
• Drive deals from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Develop strategies for long-cycle, high-value projects.
• Partner with Inside Sales and Operations to deliver strong results.
• Expand the company footprint throughout Texas.
