Job summary

Halter seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead Territory Managers across the U.S., spending significant time in the field coaching reps, engaging customers, and eliminating barriers to success. The role centers on regional revenue performance, data-driven forecasting, and maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Based in West Texas (Midland, Lubbock, San Angelo or Abilene), you’ll recruit and scale teams while aligning with U.S. commercial leadership on priorities and execution.

• Pipeline, Salesforce & forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training.
• Own regional revenue performance by driving activity and account growth.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene & forecasting, review pipelines weekly.
• Surfacing customer insights and feedback to Product, Engineering & Marketing.
