Job summary

HOLT Group's Texas First Rentals division seeks a Regional Account Representative to drive retention and growth of assigned accounts in the Lewisville area. The role focuses on expanding revenue, delivering Legendary Customer Service, and collaborating with internal teams to create strategic value for customers.

The candidate will develop business plans, meet growth targets, and manage account activities from pricing to lifecycle communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required; three to five years preferred.
• Proven knowledge of construction supply industry and market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and reinforces company Values Based Leadership in daily activities.
• Provides Legendary Customer Service to assigned accounts and broader customer base.
• Identifies Enterprise opportunities for revenue growth within customer base and prospects.
• Meets/exceeds annual growth and portfolio health targets for assigned accounts.
• Serves as the expert on assigned accounts and liaises across departments for positive customer experience.
• Performs monthly health checks with customers to maintain strong partnerships.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews with leadership and customers.
• Develops and executes business plans using SMART goals for each target.
• Manages information on pricing, financial lifecycle, and internal communications.
