Job summary

HOLT CAT is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Texas First Rentals division in South Austin to drive retention and growth of assigned accounts. Qualifications

• High school diploma with some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant sales/account management experience.
• Experience in construction equipment or rental industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts, meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare sales plans and quotes; maintain records of sales and interactions.
