Job summary

HOLT CAT's Texas First Rentals division in Fort Worth seeks a results-driven Sales Account Executive to grow a defined portfolio and win new business. You will deliver Legendary Customer Service while collaborating with internal teams to identify revenue opportunities and drive quarterly growth.

The role requires a high-velocity, customer-focused mindset, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to work across departments to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Models and promotes values-based leadership and processes to ensure alignment with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Provides Legendary Customer Service to assigned customers and broader base.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain and executes targets.
• Meets/exceeds Targeted Annual Growth and Portfolio Health Goals for accounts.
• Serves as the account expert and liaison to provide a positive customer experience.
• Obtains information from customers to support sales growth.
• Performs monthly health checks with customers to maintain partnerships.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews of portfolio with customers.
• Develops and executes business plans using SMART goals per target.
• Manages pricing structure and finance lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Prospects and identifies new business continually.
• Prepares sales plans, expenses, daily call, and sales reports.
• Keeps records of sales and transactions.
• Prepares sales quotes as needed.
