Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Regional Account Representative for the Texas First Rentals division in Fort Worth. You will manage assigned accounts, drive growth, and provide Legendary Customer Service across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing enterprise opportunities, conducting quarterly business reviews, and coordinating with internal teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum four years of related experience; three to five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of VBL tools to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Provides Legendary Customer Service to assigned customers and potential base.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain within customer base and prospects.
• Meets/exceeds Targeted Annual Growth and Portfolio Health Target Goals for assigned accounts.
• Serves as the company expert on assigned accounts and liaises to deliver positive customer experience.
• Obtains information/data from customers to support growth of sales potential.
• Performs monthly health checks with customers to maintain a robust partnership.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews of the portfolio with the customer.
• Develops and executes business plans using SMART goals for each target.
• Manages assigned accounts—pricing structure, lifecycle with Finance, and internal communication.
