Job summary

Misura Group, a Texas-based regional building materials dealer with deep roots in the market, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover statewide Texas. This is a field role designed for a proactive seller who thrives on relationship-building and project-based cycles.

You will partner with multifamily developers, architects, and general contractors to deepen existing relationships and win new business, managing long cycles and large orders across major Texas markets.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with proven prospecting in project-based sales.
• 3–5 years outside sales in multifamily construction projects.
• Established relationships with developers, GCs, or architects in Texas.
• Customer-focused, dependable, and adaptable across complex projects.
• Collaborative, Texan market fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover Texas statewide and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Deepen relationships with multifamily developers, architects, and GCs.
• Win new business in a long-cycle, project-based environment.
• Collaborate with the existing sales leader to drive growth.
