Green Doorstep in Plano, TX is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across Texas and the South. You will lead and expand our B2B sales efforts, nurture key client relationships, and develop tailored solutions for multifamily properties.

This strategic leader will own the sales plan, manage a team, forecast performance, collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Account Management, and represent the company at industry events while traveling regionally.

Formación

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales with leadership experience.
• Experience in multifamily or related services preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing large deals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional sales strategy and drive new business in Texas.
• Manage key client relationships and upsell services.
• Lead a sales team and forecast using CRM data.
• Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, and Account Management.
• Represent the company at trades and events.
• Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.
