You will visit properties, prepare quotes, coordinate with service teams, and maintain strong relationships to secure renewals and new business. Travel to client sites is required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Experience in the multifamily apartment industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with apartment communities and multifamily management companies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with established apartment community clients.
• Prepare accurate flooring measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Grow business by building trust and providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Installation and Operations to ensure high service levels.
