K&L Gates is seeking a Market Development Senior Manager to drive marketing and business development initiatives across the Texas offices. The role partners with Office Managing Partners and Client Growth to enhance brand awareness, client engagement and growth strategy.

The position requires extensive experience in professional services marketing, strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in marketing, business development or sales in professional services or similar environment.
• MBA or similar graduate-level degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the global marketplace for professional services.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and set strategy for market development objectives.
• Strong project management, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development aspects of strategic office plans and budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of the Texas market and key industries.
• Identify opportunities and develop initiatives matching firm solutions to client needs.
• Drive partnerships with local organizations and deliver value via events.
