Redi Carpet in Texas is seeking a Market Development Executive to cultivate strategic relationships with national and key strategic accounts, drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across the organization. The role requires operating a personal vehicle and travel more than 50% of the work week in some cases.

An MVR check will be conducted for selected candidates. Preferred qualifications include a BS/BA in sales, business administration, or related field and 5+ years of commercial

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial sales experience.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle and travel 20–50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Identifies, pursues, and acquires profitable strategic account relationships with prospective customers.
• Engages with national and key strategic customers via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.
• Develops strategic account leads, coordinates proposal preparation, and works with teams to convert prospects to customers.
• Documents all prospect and customer information and interactions in the sales database.
• Attends trade shows and conferences to build industry relationships and increase brand exposure.
