U.S. Legal Support seeks a Director of Business Development to lead a Texas territory, expanding existing relationships and forging new ones with law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurers.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, revenue growth, and strategic account management, requiring strong communication, relationship building, and the ability to travel across the state. Baseline compensation includes base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal sales or litigation support preferred.
• Proven track record in business development or outside sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to exceed sales objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and pursue new opportunities.
• Build relationships with Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Attorneys, Partners.
• Promote and sell U.S. Legal Support's services through a consultative approach.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand pricing structures and value propositions for clients.
• Maximize revenue through strategic account management and new business generation.
• Provide client training and support related to services and technology.
• Generate new business through networking, events, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Attend required meetings, training, and team initiatives.
