U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Director of Business Development to manage and grow an assigned territory within the Boston market, based in Houston.

The role emphasizes expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted partner to law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurers. The candidate should have strong consultative sales skills, a proven revenue-growth track record, and experience in the legal services sector.

Qualifications

• Legal industry experience required, including litigation support, law firms, corporate legal departments, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or outside sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships across client organizations including Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Administrators, Attorneys, and Partners.
• Promote and sell U.S. Legal Support's litigation support services through a consultative sales approach.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Understand and communicate service offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions.
