Job summary

MALIN -- A Raymond Company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Texas. This entry-level role combines inside and outside sales to drive growth through lead generation, market research, and early-stage sales of intralogistics solutions within the Texas market.

You will generate qualified leads, identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and collaborate with CORE and Account sales teams to transition leads into the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or preferred in related field.
• 0-2 years of outside sales experience with new customer acquisition.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active listening and critical thinking to identify challenges and craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the Texas intralogistics market.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Attend industry events to network and develop leads.
• Track and report leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
