Job summary

MALIN -- A Raymond Company is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Texas intralogistics market. You will generate leads, perform market research, and engage with potential customers through a mix of inside and outside sales.

Responsibilities include building relationships, attending industry events, and coordinating with sales teams to move leads through the pipeline. A strong emphasis on learning, communication, and strategic thinking is required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in hunting new business with manufacturing/industrial customers.
• Strong ability to identify decision makers and follow up through long sales cycles.
• Ability to diagnose warehouse operation challenges and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email, networking and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand competitive landscape in intralogistics.
• Nurture relationships and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Attend trade shows and events to network and develop leads.
• Track leads and activities in the CRM system and coordinate with CORE and Account sales teams.
• Generate qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers from assigned prospect list.
