Qualifications

• For this BDR role, candidates should demonstrate the ability to generate qualified leads and conduct market research in intralogistics.
• Experience with inside/outside sales and building a prospect pipeline is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other outbound prospecting strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in intralogistics and define customer details.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and develop leads.
• Track and report leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with CORE and Account sales teams to ensure smooth lead-to-opportunity transitions.
• Generate meetings with influencers and decision makers from prescribed prospect lists.
• Highlight our value to operations after research and define next steps.
