MALIN -- A Raymond Company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth in intralogistics solutions for manufacturing and distribution centers. You will generate qualified leads, perform market research, and manage early-stage sales in a hybrid inside/outside role.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of outside sales in industrial settings, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to identify key decision makers, maintain disciplined follow-up, and partner with the sales

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to identify decision makers and maintain follow-up in long sales cycles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking and other outbound strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in intralogistics.
• Nurture relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide introductory forklift solutions.
• Attend trade shows and events to network and develop new leads.
• Track leads and sales activities in the CRM and collaborate with CORE and Account teams.
