Job summary

Malin -- A Raymond Company in Texas seeks a Business Development Representative to drive growth in intralogistics. You will generate leads, conduct market research, and manage early-stage sales for forklift solutions across Texas, blending inside and outside sales.

You will learn sales processes, develop negotiation and communication skills, and collaborate with CORE and Account teams to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or Industrial Automation.
• 0-2 years outside sales focusing on new customer acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional image.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email marketing, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand the intralogistics landscape in Texas.
• Nurture relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Attend industry events to network and develop leads.
• Track and report leads in the CRM and collaborate with CORE and Account sales teams to move leads into the pipeline.
