MALIN -- A Raymond Company in the intralogistics space seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth in the Texas market. You will generate leads, conduct market research, and manage early-stage sales for our forklift solutions in manufacturing and distribution environments.

This role blends inside and outside sales, requires 2–5 years hunting new business, and offers an uncapped commission plan, a structured development program, and the chance to partner with experienced

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of outside sales with emphasis on new customer acquisition.
• Strategic approach to identify key decision makers and follow-up in long sales cycles.
• Ability to identify warehouse operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Team-oriented collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide introductory information about forklift solutions.
• Attend industry events to network and develop leads.
• Track and report on leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with CORE and Account sales teams to transition leads into the pipeline.
• Generate qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers from targets.
