Trexis Insurance is seeking a Texas Territory Sales Manager for a remote role. The position demands building and maintaining relationships with agents across multiple states, with heavy travel to Texas territory. You will drive premium growth, manage data in ACT, and report on performance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with experience in insurance sales or marketing considered a plus. A company vehicle may be provided, and ongoing training is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with insurance sales/marketing is preferred but not required.

• Generate Written Premium Volume and new business applications.
• Analyze Accident Year Loss/ALAE ratios and agency profitability.
• Meet sales goals and drive agency growth.
