Job summary

Trexis Insurance is seeking a Texas Territory Sales Manager for a remote role. The position demands building and maintaining relationships with agents across multiple states, with heavy travel to Texas territory. You will drive premium growth, manage data in ACT, and report on performance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with experience in insurance sales or marketing considered a plus. A company vehicle may be provided, and ongoing training is offered.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience
• Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.
• Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ACT.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate must be based in Texas - 75% travel throughout assigned territory
