United Concordia Dental is seeking a sales professional to drive enrollment of UCD dental insurance products in an assigned geographic area and to meet or exceed profitability goals. The role is based in Texas and requires experience selling dental insurance.

The candidate should be able to analyze RFPs, engage in consultative selling, and collaborate with brokers and other channels to close deals while maintaining relationships and education about products and benefits.

Qualificações

• 3 years of sales or account experience in insurance industry or employee benefits.
• 2 years of experience using MS Office for word processing, spreadsheets, and end-user reporting software.

Responsabilidades

• Sell UCD products to potential customers.
• Analyze and respond to RFPs, coordinating and presenting when needed.
• Collaborate with clients to explore alternatives and reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.
• Engage in consultative selling and identify negotiation points to resolve differences.
• Cross-sell non-dental insurance products when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Strengthen relationships with Brokers, Consultants and other channels.
• Educate stakeholders about products, networks, and benefits as needed.
• Set sales strategy for the assigned area in line with corporate goals.
• Generate new ideas and strategies to create competitive advantage.
• Coordinate information with UCD personnel and teams.
