Job summary

TDIC Insurance Solutions, part of the California Dental Association family, seeks an Insurance Advisor I to support CDA members with coverage questions, quotes, and policy services in a remote-first role with occasional travel. The position offers a non-exempt salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus a bonus plan.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining records, selling all product lines, and coordinating with carriers and other departments to process submissions

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Two years of insurance sales or account management experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls and written requests regarding coverage, premiums, eligibility, rates and claims.
• Maintain detailed records of insurance transactions in the company database.
• Sell all product lines and educate members on coverage options.
• Coordinate with carriers and other departments to process submissions.
• Cross-sell appropriate product lines including referrals to Health Care Team.
• Provide outstanding service to CDA members and insurance clients.
