You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in collaboration with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring.
• Familiarity with Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paradox preferred).

• Source qualified candidates and build pipelines for store leadership roles.
• Screen candidates via phone and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with Texas Talent Acquisition Lead to align hiring with expansion plans.
