Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in full-time recruiting.
• 2+ years in executive and engineering recruiting preferred.
• 1+ years in a KPI-based recruiting role.
• Exposure to business strategy and strong interviewing skills.
• Ability to close and gain trust of senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Promote talent optimization services through diverse channels and networking.
• Recruit professional candidates on active searches across clients.
• Source high-quality professionals using Boolean strings, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Recruit top talent to achieve quarterly hiring goals.
• Facilitate interviews, conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, close candidates.
• Apply market trends and business analysis to enhance client workforce.
