Wonder is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition for the Texas market as new stores open in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin in 2027. The role focuses on sourcing and recruiting for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors, working with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead to meet aggressive expansion goals.

• Experience recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paradox experience preferred.
• Strong phone-screening, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and other approved sourcing channels to build pipelines for store leadership positions.
• Screen candidates via phone to assess qualifications, leadership experience, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interview stages with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support Texas expansion openings in 2027.
