Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paradox preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and other approved channels to build pipelines for store leadership roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess leadership, availability, and fit for positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Texas.
• Partner with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead to prioritize openings and align sourcing with business needs.
• Support pre-opening hiring initiatives for new stores in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
