Job summary

HNTB in Texas is seeking a experienced Project Manager with TxDOT bridge inspection experience to lead statewide inspection projects and help grow our national bridge inspection services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships across the state.

You will manage scope, schedule, and resources, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive business development with TxDOT and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering with extensive bridge inspection project experience.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience and 4+ years leading engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead client contact and negotiations; coordinate cross-discipline teams.
• Develop scope and technical sections of proposals; oversee quality and compliance.
