Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager with proven TxDOT bridge inspection experience to lead statewide projects and support national growth in bridge inspection services. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications, coordinating with cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes client liaison, proposal development, and leadership of the project team while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing bridge inspection projects and related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, client liaison, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee estimates; assist with technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production for projects.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; mentor staff toward project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships; prepare proposal materials and presentations.
