Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.

• Lead and perform field inspections of bridges and tunnels to standards.

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Lead proposal development and client interviews for strategic projects.
