HNTB is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with TxDOT bridge inspection experience to lead statewide and national growth. The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, budget, and client communications for multi-disciplinary teams on bridge projects.

Qualifications

• 4for4 project delivery performance focus on quality, on time, on budget, client satisfaction.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams on large bridge projects.
• Knowledge of FHWA/NBIS/NCHSA/TxDOT and related standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations, assisting in technical proposals and contracts.
• Manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, and design work.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with clients and pursuit teams for business development on mega projects.
