Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager to lead statewide bridge inspection initiatives in Texas with opportunities to grow services nationally. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with client satisfaction while coordinating cross-discipline teams and managing budgets and schedules.

The position emphasizes development of scope, proposals, and contracts, plus mentoring junior staff and advancing business development efforts within the firm’s sophisticated delivery and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing, development, retention and performance reviews.
• Assist with business development and pursue strategic projects.
