Job summary

HNTB in Texas is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with proven TxDOT bridge inspection experience to lead statewide bridge inspection projects and support the rapid growth of this service line.

You will manage projects through the full lifecycle, develop scope and technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with client satisfaction, while mentoring staff and coordinating with cross‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets to client satisfaction.
