Job summary

HNTB in Texas is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with proven TxDOT bridge inspection experience to help grow our bridge inspection practice across the state. The role focuses on statewide projects while supporting national expansion, leveraging over a century of engineering leadership.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, mentor staff, coordinate with cross-discipline teams, and drive client satisfaction on multi-million-dollar programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, and design.
• Lead the project management plan and supervise team to project objectives.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships for mega projects.
