• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare administration or similar role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and healthcare compliance.
• Experience with EHR/EMR and practice management systems.
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administrative and operational processes and scheduling.
• Coordinate staffing support and patient flow; manage medical records.
• Support billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle activities.
• Monitor HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory compliance.
• Assist budgeting, vendor and supply management, and quality initiatives.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient experience and timelines.
