Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, systems and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to medical practice under the director and practice administrator.
• Manage office systems, supplies, events, and meeting coordination.
• Help maintain site practice policies and procedures with the team.
• Coordinate patient census/reconciliation and multi-disciplinary rounds when applicable.
• Assist with onboarding of new clinicians and interview coordination with hospital leadership.
• Support for benefits enrollment and HRIS data entry.
• Provide general support for all Sound software applications.
• Maintain group norms and visual management boards for team communications.
